Questions

Good to know.

Does Pokesensor send any of my data anywhere?

No. Pokesensor runs entirely on your device. It reads sensors locally and never transmits hardware data, usage, or analytics.

Will it slow down my machine?

The default polling interval uses well under 1% CPU. You can dial the update rate up or down depending on how live you want the readings.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free covers live monitoring, the overlay, and alerts. Pro adds long‑term logging, custom fan curves, multi‑profile layouts, and CSV/JSON export.

Does fan control work on every system?

Fan control depends on what your motherboard and OS expose. Pokesensor auto‑detects controllable channels and only shows curves for sources it can actually drive.

How do I get updates?

The app checks for new versions on launch and installs them in place with one click. You can disable auto‑update in settings.
